Pre-register your attendance to the event for free here. Upon pre-registering, your badge, location and further information will be automatically sent via email to your registered email address. The event is free to attend for visitors registered before the event, however visitors registering onsite will be charged to enter. This is a trade-only event for food and beverage (F&B) industry professionals. Non-industry visitors will not be admitted, and entry is restricted to individuals aged 16 and above.

All pre-registered visitors will be provided free entry to the event. If you register after the 9th June 2025, you will be classed as an onsite registration and be required to pay a fee onsite at registration.

The event is for F&B trade professionals only, access is strictly prohibited for children under the age of 16. No persons under the age of 16 will be permitted to enter the event.

If pre-registered before the 8th June 2026, you will need to present your online badge at registration.

If you have not pre-registered, you will be permitted to register your attendance onsite at the event for a disclosed fee.

As a visitor, you are not required to bring anything other than your badge (if pre-registered), which will be sent via email.

The Food and Beverage West Africa Exhibition is a B2B event, allowing visitors and exhibitors to network, partner and negotiate onsite. No items will be physically purchased at the show, as the event is strictly trade focused.

Many of our exhibitors will be bring samples which will be distributed at the exhibitors discretion. 

The FAB West Africa team operate on a zero tolerance policy onsite.

Upon pre-registering your attendance, you will receive a confirmation email with your badge QR code, URN, along with basic information to maximise your visit at the exhibition.
