The event is for F&B trade professionals only, access is strictly prohibited for children under the age of 16. No persons under the age of 16 will be permitted to enter the event.

If pre-registered before the 8th June 2026, you will need to present your online badge at registration.

If you have not pre-registered, you will be permitted to register your attendance onsite at the event for a disclosed fee.

As a visitor, you are not required to bring anything other than your badge (if pre-registered), which will be sent via email.

The Food and Beverage West Africa Exhibition is a B2B event, allowing visitors and exhibitors to network, partner and negotiate onsite. No items will be physically purchased at the show, as the event is strictly trade focused.

Many of our exhibitors will be bring samples which will be distributed at the exhibitors discretion. 

The FAB West Africa team operate on a zero tolerance policy onsite.

Upon pre-registering your attendance, you will receive a confirmation email with your badge QR code, URN, along with basic information to maximise your visit at the exhibition. As the event approaches, you will receive regular communication via email, SMS and WhatsApp to inform you of the latest updates, news and features surrounding the event.
